Le jeu m\u2019a permis de simuler la gestion compl\u00e8te d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de transport urbain avec des contraintes financi\u00e8res et logistiques r\u00e9elles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plafond de cr\u00e9dit initial : <strong>5 400 000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dur\u00e9e maximale d\u2019emprunt : <strong>12 mois<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019embaucher des conducteurs pour chaque v\u00e9hicule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif principal \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau fonctionnel et rentable tout en respectant les limites financi\u00e8res et humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">. \ud83c\udfd9\ufe0f Organisation du r\u00e9seau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9seau a \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9 autour d\u2019un <strong>hub central : la Gare Centrale<\/strong>, avec quatre lignes principales principalement des \u00e9tudiants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ligne 4 a une fr\u00e9quentation faible et peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e secondaire au niveau 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \ud83d\ude8d Dimensionnement de la flotte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hypoth\u00e8ses :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bus standard : <strong>110 places<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flotte mixte : <strong>1 bus articul\u00e9 pour 4 bus standards<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Besoin th\u00e9orique :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>23 bus n\u00e9cessaires pour couvrir toute la demande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partition : 5 articul\u00e9s et 18 standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 mois<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impossibilit\u00e9 de couvrir la demande totale d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 Le choix d\u2019une flotte r\u00e9duite et prioris\u00e9e est crucial pour \u00e9quilibrer finances et service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. \ud83c\udfc6 R\u00e9sultats et apprentissages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul \ud83d\udca1 Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au <strong>niveau 1<\/strong>, le lancement du r\u00e9seau sur Transport Manager a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un <strong>\u00e9quilibre constant entre capacit\u00e9, finances et ressources humaines<\/strong>.
